Google API Services Usage and AI Disclosure

FinMate's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

USAGE
FinMate uses Google OAuth is used for user identity, and to connect to your calendar(read-only).
FinMate AI does not share any user or calendar information from Google, Microsoft, or Apple to any third party AI platforms.

FinMate partners with 3rd party AI platforms. FinMate shares client meeting audio (ie. zoom, gMeet, in-person, etc) with third party AI platforms for transcription services. All third party companies we operate with are SOC2 certified and are committed to user privacy and data security. Third party AI companies are committed to not store any user data on their servers.


LIMITED USE

Our app strictly complies with all conditions specified in the limited use policy of Google.

• Does not have access to modify any part of your Google Calendar.
• Does not allow humans to read the user's data unless you have obtained the user's affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data.
• Does not use or transfer the data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising; and
• Limit your use of data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface. All other uses of the data are prohibited;
• Only transfer the data to others if necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
