Stuck on a redirect

make sure your browser allows opening external apps. You should a pop up like this:

For Microsoft Edge for Android

1. Tap the three horizontal lines menu at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Select "Settings" from the menu that appears.Scroll down and tap on "Site permissions".
3. Look for the option "Block opening external apps".

To allow Edge to open other apps, you need to ensure this setting is turned off.
If it's enabled, it will prevent Edge from redirecting you to other applications, even if they are installed and correctly configured.

For Chrome
You should see this or it will automatically open the external app

If its still not resolved, you be restricted by your company policy to open email link.
