If you received a message similar to
- "Access to account [12345678] is prohibited for private application"
- "The client application is not allowed to work with this account"

1. Contact your Ringcentral Administrator to go here:
    https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/roles

2. Make sure you have at least the following persmissions assigned to your role.

    - Third Party AppsUser Call Log
   - Access RecordingsUser Call Log
   - Download & DeliveryUser Call Log
   - View Only
