There are several ways to get FinMate to join a phone call.

VOIP Recording and Upload

Configure your VOIP(Voice over IP) to record.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.

2 Phones and the FinMate iOS App

You'll need 2 phones, your work phone, and an iPhone.
Call your client on your work phone, on speaker mode.
Download the FinMate iOS App, and record your conversation while talking with your client over your work phone.

Record the Meeting on your Computer and Upload

You'll need your phone and a computer.
Call your client on speaker mode, and record the conversation on your computer.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.

Use Zoom, to Call your Client

Zoom can make calls.
1. Add the FinMate App on Zoom. See Instructions to connect FinMate to Zoom here.
2. Start a Zoom Meeting and have FinMate Notetaker join.

Use Google Meet, to Call your Client

Zoom can make calls.
